Reviews and Ratings
Our family had a mixed experience at the resort. On one hand, the spacious and clean rooms with great views were a highlight, and the on-site facilities, including the beautiful pools, were enjoyable. However, the remote location and insufficient Wi-Fi access caused significant inconvenience during our stay, and the service left much to be desired due to communication issues and lack of empathy from staff.
Vivo Resort is a beautifully maintained place but is quite remote, making trips to Puerto Escondido a hassle. The rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. However, the dining options are limited and the service lacks helpfulness in certain situations. While the amenities are nice, the location does come with extra costs and inconveniences for transportation.
The resort delivered a mix of pleasant experiences and some frustrations. The ocean view from our room was stunning and the dining was excellent. However, the remote location made it challenging to access nearby towns, and the unreliable Wi-Fi was a significant drawback. Overall, it was a good experience but not without its issues.
Vivo Resort has stunning pools, clean facilities, and is set in a beautiful location. However, my experience was marred by a lack of communication from the condo owner regarding cleaning services and the missing amenities, which made our long stay challenging. Dining options were also confusing and didn’t meet our needs. Overall, while the resort itself is nice, I highly recommend booking directly for a better experience.
The resort has a beautiful beachfront and stunning sunsets, but the experience was marred by construction noise and a lack of essential amenities. While the condos were clean and well-designed, the remote location and slow service made for a frustrating stay. Overall, it might be worth considering for a short getaway, but definitely not for a longer stay.
